Trouble accessing mailing list site

I get the following error :

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to lists.amavis.org. The OCSP server
suggests trying again later. Error code: SEC_ERROR_OCSP_TRY_SERVER_LATER

when trying to access :

https://lists.amavis.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/amavis-users

or

https://lists.amavis.org/pipermail/amavis-users/

from Firefox 45.0 on FreeBSD 10.2 .

I can access both pages when I go into about:config and turn off

security.ssl.enable_ocsp_stapling

Can or should this be fixed properly ?

Should be fixed for good. OCSP didn't work, since the OCSP URL for
letsencrypt.org kept changing the IP over and over again. Now the
server can make arbitrary outgoing connections via http, thus OCSP
will magically work again.
